It's that time of year again. On June 2, 2007 the Olean, Missouri Jaycees will sponsor the 14th anual Testicle Festival. No, it's not a joke and I've got the T-shirt to prove it. For those of you that can't make it but have a taste for 'nads, check out these recipes.
